The Career Solutions Workforce Institue provides training for human resources, employment services, One-Stop Career Services, social services, college and high school career services staff and career coaches, career counselors in workforce career coaching facilitation skills.  This training in person and online is provided through the Thomas Edison State College School of Professional and Continuing Studies course called Workforce Career Coach Facilitator.

(Workforce/career development experience is defined as working in any environment where one may be helping others to find out about careers and jobs, be involved in education and/or training to reach career and job goals, making career and job decisions, looking for a job, keeping a job.)
