Suzanne Guibert and Harvey Schmelter-Davis, authors of the Workforce Career Coach Facilitator curriculum and leaders in the workforce and career coaching/facilitation and development field, have developed this online e-learning training program and serve as course instructors. Collectively, they have over 60 years of workforce and career coaching development experience, including serving as senior practitioners in residence at the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University   In addition Ms. Guibert is a past president of the International Association of Workforce Professionals and Harvey Schmelter-Davis was past manage of the NOICC Career Development Training Institute.
